Once I had decided where my scenes will be set I had to look for the locations. My task was to find some where forested, spooky, mystifying, sinister etc…. Having the right location for each shot is significant as they create mood or atmosphere for the viewers. For example, a room covered in candles would feel romantic; a stormy day with an abounded house on hill would create a horror; a sunny beach would feel warm. Having picked the best locations was essential as we could not afford our own film sets. So we decided to go on a hunt for location’s that would narrate to our genre and synopsis perfectly.
